end of an era
boo hoo, MACHINE-A have just announced they are closing.
MACHINE-A has been a vital tool for many young emerging desingers and artists over it’s short 18 month lifespan. situated in an old tailors shop in soho, MACHINE-A acted as a store and show space for london’s emerging art movement.stocking a plethora of emerging design talent and acting as a venue for many insallations.
their famous windows have been home to installations by Charlie Le Mindu, Craig Lawrence, Ada Zanditon and Dominic Jones to name a few.
such a shame to see them go but hopefully this is not the last we hear from them and creative director, Stavros Karelis.
